Clean colon gives you the energy and natural glow to your skin.
All you have to do is to take any green leafs (such as spinach, romaine lettuce and kale) and blend with fruits!
Here is a recipe to my green smoothie from today.
It's ideal if you can blend different greens and fruits everyday.
I've totally replaced my breakfasts for green smoothies.
It's only been 5 days and I already see a bit of difference in my skin tone and I sleep really deep at night.
1 1/2 cups water
1 head organic romaine lettuce
3 kale
3-4 stalks organic celery
1 organic apple
1 organic pear
1 organic banana
juice of 1/2 organic lemon
1. Add water, romaine lettuce, and kale to blender. Starting your blender on low speed, mix until smooth.
2. Gradually moving to higher speeds, add celery, apple and pear.
3. Add banana and lemon juice last. Blend until it's smooth.

green smoothieを始めたよ〜。日本でもhealth指向の人や美容に興味のあるモデルさんや女優さんはすでにみんな実行してるね。青い葉（ロメインレタス、ほうれん草やケール。。。日本にあるのかな？ケール。）とフルーツをブレンダーで混ぜるだけ。理想的には毎日違う内容のグリーンとフルーツを入れること。Leniの今日作ったgreen smoothieのレシピを載せるね。ローフードだからエネルギーも高まるし、腸がきれいになってお肌に透明感も出てくるよ。最近ではすっかりこれが朝ご飯代わり。お昼までにはちゃんとお腹がすくし、夜はぐっすり眠れる。まだ始めたばかりだけど、すでにお肌に透明感が出た気がする。これを始めたキッカケは、以前 Master cleanseをやったときに「こんなに違いが出るんだ！」って言うくらいお肌に透明感が出たんだけど、やっぱりアルコールを摂ったその日にすぐ、くすんだよね。他に無理せず何かできないと思ってたら、Toniが勧めてくれたの。みんなもぜひ、試してみて〜！
1 1/2 カップのお水
1 オーガニック、ロメインレタスの葉っぱの部分
3 オーガニックケールの葉
3-4 本分のオーガニックセロリ
1 オーガニックのりんご
1 オーガニックの洋梨
1 オーガニックのバナナ
1/2 オーガニックレモンのジュース
1. ブレンダーに水、ロメインレタス、ケールを入れる。はじめは低めのスピードでスムーズになるまでmixする。
2. 少しずつ加速させながら、セロリ、りんご、洋梨を足す。
3. 最後にバナナとレモンのジュースを足して、スムーズになるまでブレンドする。
